Moon Geun Young handwrites letter on ‘Cheongdamdong Alice’ personally

Actress Moon Geun Young‘s handwritten letter is creating a buzz.

On the December 8th installment of SBS’s ‘Cheongdamdong Alice‘, Han Se Kyung‘s (played by Moon Geun Young) handwritten letter was shown.

In the drama, Han Se Kyung writes a letter intended for the CEO of Artemis Korea (Cha Seung Jo, played by Park Shi Hoo) when her ex So In Chan (played by Nam Goong Min) is sued by the company. Han Se Kyung’s letter is written by hand with care, asking for leniency.

In the letter, Han Se Kyung introduces herself as the ex-girlfriend of So In Chan and continues, “I used to think the opposite of ‘I love you’ was ‘I don’t love you’. But now, I think that the opposite of ‘I love you’ is ‘There is nothing I can do for you’” sharing her intimate feelings to appeal to the stranger.

A production team member relayed, “Moon Geun Young wrote the letter, letter by letter with much care, understanding how Se Kyung feels in the drama. Thanks to that, the letter was more believable and even the emotional level of acting was raised to a different level.”

Netizen comments on Moon Geun Young’s handwritten letter on ‘Cheongdamdong Alice’ include: “Her handwriting is as pretty as her face”, “She could have had the staff do it but she did it herself…”, “Her passion for acting is so amazing”, “That’s is so touching”, “Gotta watch ‘Cheongdamdong Alice’!”, and “Moon Geun Young Hwaiting!”
